Ingredients:
2 medium hass avocadoes, pitted and sliced |
2 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped |
1/2 english cucumber, chopped |
1/2 red onion, sliced |
1 jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped |
3 tablespoons lemon juice |
1 small garlic clove, chopped |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil |
2 drops hot sauce (to taste) |
Directions:
1. Arrange vegetables on a platter. 2. Mix lemon, garlic, hot sauce and salt. Stream in olive oil while whisking dressing. 3. Pour lemon dressing over the salad and serve. |
