Ingredients:
2 avocados |
salt & pepper |
1/2 medium onion, minced |
green chili pepper, chopped |
1 tablespoon vinegar |
1 tomato, peeled (very ripe) |
Directions:
1. Beat first 5 ingredients together with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. 2. Chop tomato finely with knife; fold into mixture. 3. Serve with chips. |
