Ingredients:
6 ripe hass avocados |
1 cup chunky salsa |
1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper |
1/2 teaspoon red pepper powder |
1/2 teaspoon diced jalapeno |
1 large bag white corn tortilla chips |
Directions:
1. Cut avocados lengthwise, remove the seed, and scoop contents into a mixing bowl. Mash the avocados with a fork. Drain the liquid from the salsa and discard. Add to the avocados the salsa, lemon pepper, red pepper powder, and jalapeno. Mix together until all the ingredients are blended. Serve in a bowl with white corn tortilla chips. 2.
