This an excellent Guacamole my wife makes with my Salsa. Goes great with chips. And I love it on hamburgers. Ingredients:
1/2 cup jimmy’s salsa drain excess juices (see jimmy's salsa recipe) |
the juice of 1 medium lemon |
1 tbls.salt |
6 medium ripe avocadoes peeled & pitted |
Directions:
1. Using a fork lightly mash the avocadoes against the side of a medium glass bowl being carefull not to over kill or it will become baby food. You want to have some bite size pieces still in tack. Squeeze in lemon; add salsa & salt then stir. 2. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 1/2 hour. 3. You may need to alter the amount of Salsa depending on the size of the Avacados |
