Guacamole and Shrimp Pasta

Make your own guacamole by mashing the flesh of two ripe avocados with lime juice, salt and pepper, chopped cilantro and fresh chili to taste. Alternatively, for a really quick meal, use store bought guacamole and you can make this tasty dish with just three ingredients!
Ingredients:
5 ounces spaghetti
6 ounces cooked jumbo shrimp
1 (6 ounce) pot ready-made guacamole
Directions:
1. Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil , add the spaghetti and cook for about 10 mins until al dente.
2. Drain and leave the pasta in the colander. Add the shrimp to the pan with a little oil if you like and heat through for a minute.
3. Return the pasta to the pan with the guacamole. Turn off the heat, stir and serve. Make sure that you don’t heat the guacamole or the sauce may split.
