Guacamole and Shrimp Pasta |

Make your own guacamole by mashing the flesh of two ripe avocados with lime juice, salt and pepper, chopped cilantro and fresh chili to taste. Alternatively, for a really quick meal, use store bought guacamole and you can make this tasty dish with just three ingredients! Ingredients:
5 ounces spaghetti |
6 ounces cooked jumbo shrimp |
1 (6 ounce) pot ready-made guacamole |
Directions:
1. Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil , add the spaghetti and cook for about 10 mins until al dente. 2. Drain and leave the pasta in the colander. Add the shrimp to the pan with a little oil if you like and heat through for a minute. 3. Return the pasta to the pan with the guacamole. Turn off the heat, stir and serve. Make sure that you don’t heat the guacamole or the sauce may split. |
