Ingredients:
2 firm-ripe avocados (1 lb. total) |
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice |
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro |
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin |
garlic salt to taste |
Directions:
1. Pit and peel avocados. In a bowl, coarsely mash avocados with a fork or pastry blender. Stir in fresh lime juice, chopped cilantro, and cumin. Add garlic salt to taste. |
