This recipe goes with Spicy Fish Tacos with Mango Salsa and Guacamole Ingredients:
2 ripe avocados |
1 jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1/4 cup sour cream |
1 tablespoon lime juice |
1/2 tablespoon finely chopped red onion |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Cut avocados in half, and discard pits. Scoop pulp into a medium bowl, and mash into chunks with a fork. Stir in chopped jalapeño and remaining ingredients, stirring well. Cover and chill avocado mixture until ready to serve. |
