2 irm-ripe avocados (3/4 lb. total)
3 tablespoons lime juice
1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon minced fresh jalapeño chili
salt to taste
Directions:
1. Peel, pit, and slice 2 firm-ripe avocados (3/4 lb. total) and mash with a fork. Stir in 3 tablespoons lime juice, 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions, 2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro, 1 tablespoon minced fresh jalapeño chili, and salt to taste.
