Ingredients:
1 avocado
1/2 tomato, diced
50 g red onion, diced
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp lemon juice
Directions:
1. Scoop out flesh of ripe avocado and mash.
2. Add tomato, onion, mayonnaise and lemon juice to avocado.
3. Mix.
