This can be eaten with a spoon, no chips required, and is perfect on a chicken burger! Ingredients:
3 med to large ripe avacados |
2 ripe tomatoes |
1 tblspn chopped garlic |
1 cup chopped cilantro (not too fine a chop) |
1 bunch of green onions |
1/2 to 3/4 cup mayo |
juice from one lemon |
garlic salt to taste |
to taste fresh cracked black pepper |
Directions:
1. pit and chop avacados 2. squeese juice from lemon over avacados 3. spoon in mayo 4. chop rest of ingredients 5. add salt and pepper 6. mash together 7. chop the ingrediants to your liking. If you want big chunks of tomatoe, chop em that way. 8. spoon a lagre amount onto a chicken burger or directly in your mouth. |
