I love good fats and avocados have plenty!
Ingredients:
4 avocados
1 med. tomato0
2 gloves of garlic
1/2 red onion
2 serrano chilies
1 juicy lime
salt
pepper
cumin
cilantro
Directions:
1. Slice the avocado in half, scoop out the inside, place in bowl, and mash
2. Dice onions, tomatoes, garlic, and chilies- add to the avocados
3. Make a well and put in salt, pepper, and cumin to taste.
4. Roll and cut the lime, squeeze onto salt mixture.
5. Stir everything together and add cilantro
6. Let sit and enjoy with tacos or tortilla chips!
