Ingredients:
4 avocados |
2 mangos, diced |
1 red onion, diced |
1 bunch cilantro, chopped |
1 red bell pepper, diced |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Peel and remove the skin from the avocados. Place the avocados in a large bowl and crush them using a fork. Add the mangos, onion, cilantro, bell pepper, olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Mix until well blended but chunky. 2. To serve, place on a platter with your favorite dipping chips. |
