Ingredients:
4 ripe avocados, seeded and scooped out of shells
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 small onion, finely chopped
3 roma tomatoes, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, finely minced
1 1/2 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro
3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
3/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon tabasco sauce
Directions:
1. Mash avocado in large bowl with fork or potato masher. Stir in remaining ingredients.
2. COver and chill for at least one hour for best flavor.
3. Serve with tortilla chips and salsa.
