Fresh guacamole... LARGE servings (1/2 of an avocado) it's healthy fat! Ingredients:
2 avocados, mashed |
1 small tomato, diced |
1/4 cup onion, diced |
2 tbsp cilantro, diced |
2 tsp salt |
1 tbsp lime juice |
1 tsp habanero pepper, diced |
1 tsp jalapeno pepper, diced |
Directions:
1. cut avocados in half and scoop out insides into a bowl 2. dice tomatoes, onion, peppers and cilantro by hand or use food processor 3. pour diced ingredients into bowl with avocados and mash with a potato masher 4. finally, add the lime juice and salt and whip with a spoon until well mixed and creamy 5. serve with baked tortilla chips! |
