Guacamole w/ Cilantro Ingredients:
2 hass avocadoes, mashed |
2 plum tomatoes, diced |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1 tablespoon red onion, finely diced |
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1 tablespoon lime juice |
1 dash salt |
1 dash pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients. 2. Add more lemon/lime juice, salt or pepper to your liking. 3. Serve with chips. |
