Mexican Dip! Ingredients:
1 avocado, peeled skin |
1 tablespoon jalapeno pepper, chopped |
1 small shallot, chopped |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped |
1 1/2 teaspoons lime juice |
1 pinch salt |
1 pinch pepper (optional) |
Directions:
1. Mix everything together and blend well. Chill in fridge up to 2 hours. 2. Serve with corn chip ! |
