Very basic and simple to make, not spicy. Ingredients:
1 tomato, seeded and diced small |
1 avocado |
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon ground oregano |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Remove avocado flesh from skin and discard pit. Place in bowl and mash. 2. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. 3. Serve with chips or your favorite Mexican food. |
