Quick and fresh tasting guacamole:) Ingredients:
2 hass avocadoes |
1 jalapeno, cored, de-seeded, finely chopped |
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped |
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 lime, juice of |
Directions:
1. Cut the avocados in half and remove pit. 2. Scoop out the meat and place in a bowl. 3. Mash avocados with a fork until you get the consistency you want (chunky vs smooth). 4. Add remaining ingredients. 5. Let it chill for 15 - 30 mins, tightly sealed container to let the ingredients blend. |
