2 ripe avocados |
1/2 lime, juice of |
1 clove garlic, pressed or minced |
1 tablespoon minced onion |
1 tomato, cored seeded,chopped (roma is best) |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 seeded chopped jalapeno, minced (more if you like hott!!) |
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro |
Directions:
1. Cut avocados in half; discard pits and remove flesh. 2. Transfer to mixing bowl. 3. Add lime juice immediately or avocado will discolor. 4. Mash it with a fork. 5. Add all other ingredients and mix well but do not puree. |
