These burgers can be eaten as either an appitizer or a main dish depending on how many people are eating and what you are serving with it. It is very tasty. Serve them on Kiasers is you wish and just alter the amount of toppings on each. Ingredients:
1 lb pork tenderloin |
1 cup bbq sauce; divided |
10 dinner rolls |
1/2 cup guacamole |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450F. 2. Place the tenderloin into a small roasting pan and lightly brush with 2 tbsp of the bbq sauce. (To avoid contamination do not dip brush into remaining sauce.) 3. Bake 30 minutes or until center is no longer pink. 4. Allow pork to rest 10 minutes before slicing into thin slices. 5. Warm bbq sauce and spoon about 1 tbsp onto the roll bottoms. 6. Top with 2-3 slices of pork. 7. Spoon an additional tsp over the top. 8. Spoon 1 tsp of guacamole on top of bbq sauce. 9. Place tops on the rolls. |
