goat feta...1/2 pound |
tequila...1/2 shot |
olive oil...some |
naga viper peppers...two |
Directions:
1. Saute peppers in olive oil until skin is lightly browned. 2. Using a mortar and pestle,add the peppers,and oil that they were sauteed in along with the feta,and tequila. 3. Mash until smooth,bringing it to a nice consistence. 4. Serve with raw Jicama sticks that have been rubbed with a little olive oil and sprinkled with Tajin seasoning...You may French fry the Jicama,but raw is the preference. 5. ~Your flying by the seat of you britches when you sink your fangs into this... it carriers a great deal of powerful consummated heat.~ |
