Ingredients:
1 cup(s) powdered sugar |
1 cup(s) sugar |
1 cup(s) butter, softened |
1 cup(s) vegetable oil |
2 large eggs |
1 1/8 quart(s) flour |
2 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract |
1 teaspoon(s) salt |
1 teaspoon(s) baking soda |
1 teaspoon(s) cream of tartar |
1/2 cup(s) colored sugar |
Directions:
1. Cream butter, powdered and granulated sugars. Add oil, eggs, and vanilla. Separately sift dry ingredients together and add to wet mixture; stir until well combined. Roll in balls (if batter is too soft, cover and chill for a short time). Flatten with a glass dipped in colored sugar. Bake at 350 for about 10 minutes; cool on a rack. These cookies freeze well. |
