This blend of three cheeses makes a delicious fondue that's irresistible! Ingredients:
1 large clove garlic |
1/2 cup white wine |
1/2 pound monterey jack cheese, shredded |
1/4 pound gruyere cheese, shredded |
1/4 pound feta cheese, crumbled |
Directions:
1. Slice garlic clove in half length-wise 2. rub inside of fondue pot or small sauce pan throughly with garlic clove (discard cloves after) 3. pour white wine into fondue pot and heat over medium 4. add monterey jack and gruyere cheese and stir with a wooden spoon until melted 5. stir in crumbled feta 6. Serve with cubed french bread, toasted garlic bread, or your favorite bread. |
