Ingredients:
1/2 cup old-fashioned oats |
1/2 small apple, chopped, plus more for topping, optional |
2 no-calorie sweetener packets |
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
dash salt |
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (recommended: blue diamond almond breeze) |
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract |
blueberries, for topping |
Directions:
1. Combine the oats, apple, sweetener, cinnamon, salt, almond milk, and vanilla extract in a nonstick pot on the stove. Add 1 cup water and mix well. Bring to a boil, and then reduce to a simmer. 2. Stirring often, cook until very thick and creamy, 12 to 15 minutes. Top with blueberries and additional chopped apple, if using. Eat! 3.
