Ingredients:
1/2 kg hamour fish (grouper)
5 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon ginger
3 green capsicum
1 tablespoon lemon salt
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon pepper
1 tablespoon coriander powder
3/4 tablespoon salt
vegetable oil, for frying
Directions:
1. chop all ingredients and make ball shape.
2. fry till golden.
