Healthy and delicious Ingredients:
1 (3 -5 lb) package ground turkey |
1 cup bean sprouts |
1/2 red pepper |
1/2 white onion |
1 cup carrot, matchstick |
1 cup rice noodles (broken into smaller pieces) |
sesame oil, to taste |
1 beef bouillon cube |
worcestershire sauce, to taste |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Directions:
1. Brown ground turkey. 2. Add red pepper, onion, and carrots; cook until tender. 3. Add bean sprouts and beef cube. 4. Add rice noodles with a small amount of water to cook. 5. Add sesame oil, salt, pepper, and Worcester sauce throughout the recipe. 6. Serve on rice wraps or Boston lettuce leafs. |
