Ground Turkey with Spinach & Feta |

Low cal, high fiber, high protein BALANCED meal. Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground turkey |
3/4 cup onion |
1/2 cup celery |
1 cup cooked bulgur |
4 oz fat free feta cheese |
12 oz spinach |
1/4 cup raw bran |
1 tbs olive oil |
1/2 tsp crushed red peppers |
1 chicken boullion cube |
1 salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Add 1 tbs olive to pan and Saute onions and celery until onions are clear. Add ground turkey, boullion cube, and cook until turkey is cooked. Then add bran, red peppers, drained spinach, and bulgur or barley or brown rice. Heat through and serve. 2. Serve on plate with Feta sprinkled on top. |
