Sauted ground turkey and vegetables
Ingredients:
1 lb ground turkey
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cup onions, diced
2 tablespoons garlic, minced
2 tablespoons margarine
Directions:
1. Brown 1 lb ground turkey, remove from pan.
2. Add margarine and remaining ingredients to pan. Saute until onions are translucent and mushrooms are soft.
3. Add turkey back to pan, season to taste with salt & pepper and whatever desired.
4. Serve over rice.
