My mom's Beef Stroganoff Ingredients:
1 lb hamburger |
2 (8 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup |
250 ml sour cream |
1 lb egg noodles |
1 lb mushroom |
1 green pepper |
Directions:
1. cook egg noodles as per package directions. 2. Brown hamburger and drain. 3. saute mushrooms and green peppers. 4. place all ingredients into a pot and bring to simmer. 5. add some heated sauce to the sour cream container to bring the temp up (so that it won't curdle) 6. add sour cream to the sauce, do -not- boil 7. spoon over egg noodles. 8. enjoy! |
