Easy to throw together for a delicious meal when you get home from a long day at work! Ingredients:
2 large potatoes, sliced |
2 medium carrots, sliced |
1 can (15 oz) peas, drained |
3 medium onions, sliced |
2 celery ribs, sliced |
1 1/2 lbs ground beef, cooked and drained |
1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed tomato soup, undiluted |
1 1/3 cups water |
Directions:
1. In a slow cooker, layer the first 6 ingredients in the order listed. Combine soup and water; mix well. Pour over beef. Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or until vegetables are tender. |
