Ground Beef Casserole With Biscuits |

My mom used to make this when i was a child.Definetly a comfort food and economical also. Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
1/4 cup chopped onion |
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened |
1 (14 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
1/8 cup milk |
1/8 cup catsup |
salt |
1 (8 ounce) can biscuits |
Directions:
1. Brown meat and onions. 2. Drain fat. 3. Combine cream cheese,soup,milk,catsup and salt. 4. Add meat and onions. 5. Mix well. 6. Bake uncovered at 375 for 10 minutes. 7. Put 1 can biscuits on top and bake 15-20 minutes longer or until biscuits are brown on top. |
