This is a recipe I just made up, but the kids loved it. I really liked it too. It is yummy both ways. Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
4 cups cooked rice |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1/8 teaspoon chili powder |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon mrs. dash seasoning mix |
Directions:
1. Cook rice. I use white rice. Set aside. Brown ground beef and drain. Make sure ground beef is in the smallest of pieces. Turn heat to medium high and add rice. Mix well. Add spices and stir fry for 3 to 4 minutes. Serve. |
