Quick and Tasty Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
1 medium onion, chopped |
1 1/2 cups water |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon chili powder |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
7 ounces canned corn, undrained |
1 medium tomato, chopped |
1 green pepper, chopped |
1 1/2 cups minute rice |
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef in a large skillet, add onion and cook over medium heat until tender. Drain fat. Add water, salt, chili powder, soup, corn, tomato, and green pepper. Bring to a boil and stir in rice. Cover and simmer 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork. |
