Ground Beef and Cream Cheese on Toast |

Another comfort food. This is very rich, but very good. Easy, cheap and tastes good. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground beef |
2 tablespoons chopped onions |
8 ounces cream cheese |
10 1/2 ounces cream of mushroom soup |
1 cup whole kernel corn, drained |
salt |
pepper |
garlic powder |
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef and onion until the red is gone. 2. Drain. 3. Add the cream cheese, soup, corn, and spices. 4. All 1/4 -1/2 cup milk if too thick. 5. Serve over buttered toast. |
