8 salmon steaks, 3/4 inch |
2/3 cup dry vermouth |
2/3 cup olive oil |
4 teaspoons lemon juice |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme |
1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram |
1/8 teaspoon dried sage |
