oh my! Ingredients:
2 cups grits |
8 cups water |
1 pkg garlic cheese |
1 stick butter |
4 egg yolks, beaten well |
4 egg whites, beaten stiff |
1 tsp salt |
cracker or dry bread crumbs |
Directions:
1. Cook grits in slated water. When cooked add cheese, butter and egg yolk. Stir until cheese and butter have melted. Fold in egg whites. Put in greased casserole. Sprinkle with crumbs. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. |
