1 1/2 cups regular grits |
3/4 teaspoon salt |
butter |
Directions:
1. Bring water to a boil in a large saucepan; gradually stir in grits and salt. Return to a boil; cover, reduce heat, and simmer, stirring occasionally, 15 to 20 minutes or until thickened. Serve immediately, topped with butter. |
