Ingredients:
3 1/2 cups frozen california-blend vegetables (thawed)
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. italian seasoing
1 tsp. mincced garlic
1/4 tsp. salt
Directions:
1. In large bowl, combine all the ingredients. Transfer to a double
2. thickness of heavy-duty foil ( about 14 in x 12 in)
3. Fold the foil over vegetables & seal tightly
4. Grill covered over medium heat for 6-7 minutes on each side or until
5. vegetables are tender. Open foil carefully to allow steam to escape
