A simple and tasty side dish for summer cooking. Ingredients:
2 medium zucchini, 5 to 7 inches long |
3 tablespoons olive oil |
1 1/2 teaspoons cumin |
salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Cut zucchini in half lengthwise. 2. Make criss-cross hatches into the cut side of the flesh. 3. Season with salt and pepper. 4. Drizzle with olive oil. 5. Sprinkle with cumin. 6. Grill on medium hot grill for about 5 minutes on each side, or until desired tenderness. |
