Grilled zucchini, so simple, but so good. Delicious fat free side dish. Serve with your favorite herbs. Ingredients:
1 zucchini, sliced in 1/4 inch ribbons |
fat-free margarine |
parsley |
Directions:
1. Grill on George Forman grill until soft and zucchini has black marks on it. 2. Serve with 1 tablespoon fat free butter with parsley on top. |
