Grilled Yellow Squash With Oregano

A great grilled side dish.
Ingredients:
8 small yellow squash, cut in half lengthwise
5 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
Directions:
1. Mix everything except the squash together, then brush on the squash and grill on medium heat, turning often, until squash is tender.
2. Brush on more of the oil mixture during grilling.
3. Serve hot.
