Grilled Yellow Squash and Zucchini |

Ingredients:
1 teaspoon(s) freshly ground black pepper |
1 tablespoon(s) kosher salt |
2 large yellow squash, cut on the bias into 1/2-inch pieces |
2 large zucchini, cut on the bias into 1/2-inch pieces |
1/2 cup(s) no-stick grilling marinade for vegetables |
Directions:
1. Place squash and zucchini on a paper-towel-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with the salt and let sit 20 minutes. 2. Pat the surfaces of the squash dry. Use a pastry brush to coat both sides with the no-stick marinade. 3. Prepare the grill for direct high heat. When hot, grill squash over direct heat for 6 to 8 minutes, turning once. Remove from grill and sprinkle with black pepper. Serve hot or room temperature. |
