Ingredients:
1 teaspoon(s) black pepper
2 cup(s) brown rice
1 green bell pepper
3 tablespoon(s) low sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon(s) mrs. dash table blend
2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
1 package(s) portabella mushrooms
2 red bell pepper
1 vidallia onion
2 yellow bell pepper
Directions:
1. Prepare rice according to package. Slice all veggies, plce in large bown, drizzle with 2 tbls. olive oil. Sprinkle with seasonings and toss to coat. Grill in skillet, stirring occasionally until veggies are cooked. Serve over rice sprinkle with soy sauce.
