Ingredients:
1 teaspoon(s) black pepper |
2 cup(s) brown rice |
1 green bell pepper |
3 tablespoon(s) low sodium soy sauce |
1 teaspoon(s) mrs. dash table blend |
2 tablespoon(s) olive oil |
1 package(s) portabella mushrooms |
2 red bell pepper |
1 vidallia onion |
2 yellow bell pepper |
Directions:
1. Prepare rice according to package. Slice all veggies, plce in large bown, drizzle with 2 tbls. olive oil. Sprinkle with seasonings and toss to coat. Grill in skillet, stirring occasionally until veggies are cooked. Serve over rice sprinkle with soy sauce. |
