Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil |
2 zucchini, halved lengthwise |
2 yellow squash, halved lengthwise |
1 large red onion, cut into 4 slices |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
cooking spray |
Directions:
1. Prepare grill. 2. Drizzle oil evenly over vegetables; sprinkle with salt and pepper. 3. Place vegetables on grill rack coated with cooking spray. Grill zucchini and squash 2 minutes on each side or until tender. Grill onion, uncovered, 5 minutes on each side or until tender. |
