This dish is like the vegetables you would get as a side dish in a restaurant.
Ingredients:
2 small yellow squash
1 large zucchini
1 small onion
garlic powder
salt
pepper
basil
oregano
butter flavored cooking spray
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray piece of aluminum foil with cooking spray. Cut squash, zucchini, and onion into bite size pieces. Put vegetables on sprayed foil. Sprinkle seasoning over vegetables to taste. Spray vegetables with cooking spray. Close foil around vegetables. My husband calls this process making a football!. Cook at 400 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour.
