8 asparagus spears |
4 tomatoes |
12 mushrooms |
1 large spanish onion |
2 zucchini |
2 tbsp olive oil |
6 tbsp vegetable seasoning |
Directions:
1. cut vegetables into large chunks 2. put all vegetables in a large bowl 3. add olive oil and seasoning 4. toss well 5. spread vegetables on cookie sheet 6. grill in the oven at 375 degrees until done |
