Ingredients:
1 zucchini, sliced |
1 onion, sliced |
1 red pepper, halved and seeds removed |
olive oil |
salt and pepper |
balsamic vinegar |
Directions:
1. Drizzle prepared vegetables with olive oil and grill in a very hot grill pan or on an outdoor grill. Mark both sides. Remove to plate and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Turn to coat evenly with seasonings |
