For an easy side dish, toss your favorite vegetables with a little olive oil, place in a grill basket or on a metal skewer, and grill with the chops. Ingredients:
4 (6-ounce) bone-in veal chops |
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar |
1/4 cup olive oil |
2 tablespoons chopped fresh sage |
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar |
3 garlic cloves, minced |
cooking spray |
Directions:
1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag; seal. Marinate in refrigerator 4 hours, turning bag occasionally. 2. Prepare grill. 3. Remove chops from bag; discard marinade. 4. Place chops on grill rack coated with cooking spray; cover and grill 6 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. |
