Our Test Kitchens staff voted this recipe perfect for entertaining, but it can easily be halved when preparing a smaller portion. Ingredients:
3 tablespoons olive oil |
2 tablespoons stone-ground mustard |
2 tablespoons dijon mustard |
3/4 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
2 (1-pound) pork tenderloins, trimmed |
cooking spray |
Directions:
1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag. Add pork; seal bag, and marinate pork in refrigerator at least 8 hours, turning bag occasionally. 2. Prepare grill. 3. Remove pork from bag. Discard marinade. Place pork on grill rack coated with cooking spray; cover and grill 20 minutes or until a thermometer registers 155° (slightly pink). Let stand 10 minutes. |
