another quick, easy, low fat summer recipe Ingredients:
1/4 cup soy sauce |
1/4 cup vegetable oil |
1/4 cup apple juice |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
1/2 onion, chopped |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1/4 teaspoon ginger |
salt, pepper |
2 turkey breast tenderloins |
Directions:
1. combine first 9 ingredients in a large plastic bag. 2. add tenderloins and refrigerate 2 hours, or more. 3. drain and discard marinade. 4. heat grill, cook covered 10 minutes per side until cooked through. |
